Basic Refund Policy
- At this time, we only sell food products and are therefore unable to issue returns. If there is an issue with the accuracy of your order, please reach out to us, as we want to ensure you are thrilled with your product. Please note, coffee preference - like so many things - is subjective. So while we will 100% guarantee an excellent bag of coffee, we cannot guarantee that every roast will be your favorite. If you aren't sure what kind of roast you prefer, we recommend you start with a sampler pack, so you can figure out which roasts you love most of all!
SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
- This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Shipping starts at $8.35, but charges differ depending on weight and location for shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
- We currently do not offer international shipping. We will keep you posted if we are able to implement this.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
- For coffee orders, we typically roast on demand, toward the beginning of the week. Depending on the number of orders placed, this means we may be roasting anywhere from once to a few times a week. We ask that you allow 7 business days for orders to be fulfilled, although we will always aim to serve you as quickly as possible. Please note - if we have your coffee in stock at our local brick & mortar retailer (Bison's Bounty), we will ship that off to you ASAP!
